We were there for the entire week from August 13th through August 20th. There were 16 of us in 4 different units and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer vacation. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The family has been coming down for 40 years and the Ocean Terrace is the best for amenities and location in all of Seaside. The kids, both young and old, all had a blast. A great place to stay!
What a great experience my family and I had at Ocean Terrace. This was our first times at the Shore and didn’t really what to expect. The location was perfect and staff were excellant!!! It was very clean and family friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone, family, friends and clients. Thank you for a great stay!
Just made my third yearly visit and had a wonderful stay! The staff is very accommodating and the location to beach and activities is excellent! …I would definitly stay again!
As if being the cleanest place in the area isn’t enough. You’re right across from the beach and beginning of the boardwalk. The managers Stu and Maureen go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need to have a peaceful and relaxing vacation. They are family oriented. The staff members are like no other, always smiling and happy to help in any way never too busy to answer a question about the condos or surrounding area. I will not stay in the area again without staying at Ocean Terrace. Thank you Stu, Maureen, Jim, Sheila and the rest of the staff for all your hard work to keep your property clean and updated.

I would like to thank the staff and management of Ocean terrace Condominiums. We stayed 3 nights and had a great time, Clean rooms, best pool, and the location close but quiet, no rude people around, Everyone was just enjoying it all. One big note: We asked for a taxi to get to a nice restaurant to eat at, they suggested one that was 2 miles away. They asked what time we were going to make reservations for. We said 8 p.m., they said be here 7:45. We were and a guy picked us up in a convertible and drove us right to the door, He told us to call when we were all done– the hour doesn’t matter. We called around midnight, and he came and got us and drove us back. Never had that happened before and most likely never will happen again. We will be back. Thank you.
P.S: the next day we asked who the guy was who drove us and workers told us he was the boss. We will be back!
This was our 2nd year at Ocean Terrace. Had a great time…staff as usual went out of their way to make us comfortable. Already booked for 2012. Stayed at a motel on the same street for 26 years till we found Ocean Terrace!

My Cadette Girl Scout Troop stayed at Ocean Terrace for 2 nights in June as their end of year/ end of scouting trip. I guess the Jersey Shore series has an impact on teens. I haven’t been to Seaside in years and warned the girls not to expect much. We were very surprised how nice the hotel, accommodations and the management were. We had 2 adjoining rooms with a view of the ocean which worked out perfectly. The property and heated pool were immaculate. The staff was wonderful, and at no time did I worry about the girls safety. It is located directly across from the end of the boardwalk in Seaside Park, and the beach. This is a great location and we were able to walk across for lunch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends or family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
We had the best time ever (5/28 to 6/4)! The condo was super clean and the location is great! Stu and Maureen were so helpful with every detail! Thanks for everything! See you again soon!
We had an awesome time this weekend (6/17 – 6/19). The 3 bedroom unit was clean and quiet. The staff is like a long lost family cannot do enough for you. We will be staying again.
The pictures don’t lie. The rooms are clean and safe. By far the nicest place to stay in the area. I’ve been to other hotels in the area and been fearfull to fall asleep but this hotel had security personal visible. Also the staff where very friendly and helpful. Will only stay at this hotel when visiting the area from now on.
We stayed at Ocean Terrace based on reviews I read. All the other reviews from other places were not very promising. We were staying out here for business for three nights. We had a great time. We watched them filling up the pool and getting all the chairs ready for the season to start. We will be back to stay this summer with our kids you can count on it. I never met such a nice bunch of workers who say hello to everyone. Thanks for a great stay.
Have got to say THANKS to the managers, Maureen & Stu on how great a stay we had for our two weeks at Ocean Terrace. You do such a fantastic job of taking care of your facility. We love the all new decking and patio furniture. The units were extremely clean and a welcome to stay at. Loved the easy access to the beach and boardwalk; right across the street. It can’t get any better. Got lots of great walks in and loved it. Plan on being back. We surely appreciate your fantastic hospitality.

Across the street from the beach and boardwalk. It is very family oriented. I would highly recommend the Ocean Terrace as the next place to spend your vacation at the Jersey Shore.
We stayed for 3 nights, Labor Day weekend 2010. Everything was very clean. Towels and toilet paper were right outside our room each morning (we had requested no room service maids unless we said otherwise). The staff is wonderful. The pool was warmer than any pool we’ve ever been in. Everything is always perfect there. We go year after year. This is the place to stay for any family vacationing at Seaside!
We stayed here for 2 nights in August. We went down with our cousins from Canada. It was their first time. When we called to book, Maureen was very helpful and nice. It’s a great place to stay. Everyone was friendly and would stop and talk to you. It was clean and did have a huge TV in it. I’m planning on staying there next year and so are my cousins from Canada. Yes, they loved Seaside and Ocean Terrence also. The pool is great too!! If you have little kids it’s quiet at night and Funtown Pier is right across the street.
Stayed for two nights this past month. Clean rooms…great flatscreen. Rooms had microwave and small refrigerator. Close to the boardwalk but never bothered by it. Close to the beach..GREAT..they provide beach passes. Pool was awesome, clean & great piped in music. Relaxing sun deck as well. Staff was very friendly!!! Only negative was that you had to pay for ice. Plan on going back next year!
I haven’t stayed in Seaside in many many years. We usually head to Wildwood because Seaside always seemed to be the “Party” place to be. I wanted to go just for a overnite stay and not drive 3 hours though. My daughter, I and a friend stayed at Ocean Terrace. OMG, it was wonderful. I pulled up into a parking space in front of the office and the nicest man came out of the office and asked if he could help me. I told him we were there only for one night and asked him the price. He let us view a room beforehand. The place was immaculate, smelled great and it looked new inside with stainless steel frig, microwave and a very large flatscreen mounted on the wall. Well of course we stayed. It was wonderful. I cannot say enough about the wonderful owners and staff. We will definitley be staying there in the future. Oh yes, we did see the Jersey Shore Cast which was an added bonus.

Stu and Maureen can not do enough for you my daughter and husband had a room also and they booked for next year also. Looking forward to seeing the same folks from year to year. My family stayed in Unit 403 last week. The owners are on premises and manage the complex. There were 8 of us and teenage boys who shower constantly. We were given fresh towels each morning and any amount we needed. The pool and pool deck were fantastic for those of us who don’t care for the beach. Each and every staff member was friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, right across the street from the beach and boardwalk – no need to get in your car, pay for parking or pay the $10 a day to get on the beach. I would highly recommend staying at Ocean Terrace and you will be treated well. Also, there is a safe in the room where we put our valuables but after a few days we didn’t even bother – I had full trust in the staff and the video camera out doors assured us of safety of our belongs we left outside as well.
I cannot say enough about Ocean Terrace. It was my daughter & my 1st time in Seaside and we had rented a private 2 bdrm apt. somewhere else. When we arrived, it was a nightmare-the apt was not livable, we got scammed. We immediately ventured out looking for a place to stay, but had no luck as we had our Maltese with us. Stu & Maureen helped us try to find a place to stay with no luck either. Finally after realizing that we were going to just have to cancel our vacation & go home, Stu & Maureen kindly let us stay the night in one of their beautiful apartments. We were able to shower, get a good night’s sleep & contact a friend in Cape May that we could finish out our vacation with. I will only ever go to Seaside again if I can stay at Ocean Terrace, they made us feel like family! Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts – Sincerely, Sandie, Lauren & Cotton
Our stay at Ocean Terrace last week was great. The staff was helpful, friendly and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed the convenience of the location close to the boardwalk and right across from the ocean. The pool was a bonus and the other vacationers were friendly as we sat around the pool relaxing. Thank you to Stu and Maureen (management), Jimmy, Barbara, Chester, and Lauren for the great service and Mike for the pool aerobics!
My eldest daughter lives about an hour from Seaside and I have visited the boardwalk/beach a number of times already, but have never stayed in the rentals. We will be planning this for next summer so I’m doing my research now and these comments are so helpful! I love the pics on your website and can’t wait to make our reservations for next summer. I brought my daughter and her friends to Seaside on May 27-29, 2010. We stayed at the Stockton Avenue property in Seaside Park. The apartment that we stayed in was beautiful, immaculate and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.
Just a thank you for a great stay. Weve been there twice and it’s the best. You are by far the best. We will get back one more time this season. The family can’t wait, you have the best staff– they all treat you like family.
My family and I have only wonderful comments to say about not only this complex but the excellent staff and management. They can not do enough to make sure your stay at Seaside Heights is more than enjoyable. Pool is clean and warm!!! Rooms are VERY clean….that is very important for me. Last September my high school class had a reunion here and again, everything was wonderful. It was so great we are planning other one for this fall!! Great place to stay for young and old!

I have been staying at Ocean Terrace for over 12 years. It has become a family & friends vacation. There are always a dozen or more of us and we have the best week of the year when we are there. The location is Perfect and the property is one of the best in Seaside. The property and rooms are well maintained thanks to the Excellent Mgmt. No matter where I travel Seaside will always be my favorite Thanks to Ocean Terrace.
I have been staying at Ocean Terrace for over 10 years now. I would never consider staying any where else in Seaside. This hotel has the best location and is very family oriented. The staff here goes out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The entire property is taken care of very well. Me and my family always have a good vacation staying here.
I can’t even express how happy we were when we stayed at Ocean Terrace. We were so pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities. we will definietly be back next time we go to seaside.
8/9/09-We stayed here when I was a child. I took my children back this year. The rooms are adorable and the kids especially liked the nice pool and flat screen TV. Very clean, and right across the street from the beach. Can’t beat it with reasonable prices.
This was our first visit to Ocean Terrace and we’ve already booked our stay for next summer! The rooms are spacious and clean. The kids loved swimming at night in the large, clean, heated pool. Water arobics class was a blast! It was great being directly across the street from the beach and boardwalk. By far the best part of our stay was the friendly staff. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend!

I do like staying at these condos. Clean, close to the beach and boardwalk and more family oriented up this end. I had to stay in the heights 1 block away from the beach and boards. Not very family oriented down where i was. I will be back in Sept. to stay at ocean terrace.
i remember growing up ad a child and every year going to the ocean terrace condos and now i take my children we all have a great time its so close to the boardwalk and the beach and the guests are like family . its all good
My family has been vacationing in the Seaside Heights/Park area for the past 40 years. This is the first time we stayed at Ocean Terrace Condos. It was without question the best stay we ever had in the area. The rooms were extremely clean and updated with many amenities eg. large flat screen TV, microwave. All the staff at the condos were very accommendating to any special requests that we had and made us feel like family. They were always happy, smiling and upbeat and made us feel very welcomed to stay. In addition, it is so conviently located to the boardwalk as well as the ocean. We will definitely be back!! This is my second comment about Ocean Terrace. My first one wasn’t very nice because we unfortunately had a problem and to say the least were very upset. I will say, however, Maureen and Stuart were extremely helpful and rectified the situation immediately. I have no idea what happened to my email that I sent though, I guess it has been erased. Anyway, I definately agree with everyone when they say that the new renovations are amazing! My husband and I have been staying at Ocean Terrace for almost 10 years and we always go right after school lets out because I am a Special Education Teacher. We come down without our kids to have a little us time before I have to start teaching summer school in July. I have to admit that this year we weren’t sure whether or not we were going to stay at Ocean Terrace because the last few years the place seems to have been going downhill. Management has changed 3 times in the last 4 years and the rooms have not been clean. When I called in March to reserve our favorite room for June 27th I was told by Maureen that our room had been completely renovated and that we were not going to believe how nice it was. Well she was right. The room is beautiful. Also, because of the problem that we experienced Maureen and Stuart have been wonderful and we will continue to come down every year in June and this year we are even coming down in September for my birthday because everything is so beautiful! I would like to tell anyone who is interested in staying in a nice, clean motel in Seaside (which by the way are very hard to find) that Ocean Terrace is the place to go!
WOW! What a great place to stay! My wife and I stayed there with our three children, and I must admit, one of the nicest times we had as a family. Going places with three kids is difficult, BUT to have the beach right across the street, as well as the boardwalk was a god sent. The rooms have all been re-modeled, we were not expecting the plasma flat screens! We stayed here three years ago, and the place needed updating, and it looks like they did! We had such a wonderful time that we booked another trip in Sept!!! BTW- POOL IS GREAT! and CLEAN!
Kudos!!! to Maureen & Stuart, and to all the staff!!! Our stay was wonderful, My daughter married on the beach 7/11, we had three units plus 4-5 rentals with our party throughout the week. Everyone was accomadating,the rooms were clean, everyone was friendly, we were able to have the Bridal party girls dress and be pick up by limos, multiply people in and out and everyone seemed to enjoy our celebration!! I would highly any family to stay!!!!
Great place to stay at the shore! Accommodating staff, clean rooms, nice deck overlooking the ocean and clean heated pool. Our family has been staying at Ocean Terrace Condominiums on and off for 16 years and are always ready to return again! New owners also have washing machines available on the property as well as a grill outside if you would like to grill your dinner. Look forward to our next visit!
The nicest place in Seaside. Place was very clean the owners are very nice and polite.No riff raff trouble, family orientated. I would highly recommend his place to anyone that wants to visit or stay down the Jersey shore.
Great location and staff. Pool is very nice and clean, great parking. We left another motel early and lost our prepaid nights to stay at this location, but the other place was a dump and this place was clean, friendly, perfect location. Will be back next month. Jo
This is a great place ! Perfect location for everything. The room was beautiful and clean. we stayed in rm 304. We will be coming again next year hopefully booking the same room. Couple suggestions: More mirrors, and more room for hanging clothes. The King Bedroom had one behind the door, you should put one in every room. See ya next year!
I stayed at the ocean terrace… It was great clean the staff was so nice and they dealt with any problems we had the moment we told them!…. it was a great place to stay for prom and throughout the summer. I would def go back!!!!

Awesome hotel. Very clean rooms, and extremely accomodating staff. Stayed here over 4th of July weekend last year and again overnight last Saturday. Thanks to the staff for all the attentiveness. Look forward to many more weekends to come.
Everyone on the staff is extra helpfull and accomodating. The rooms are extra clean, and the flat screen TV’s are great. The location is right at the south end of the boardwalk so it’s perfect. It’s the best place to stay in Seaside Park or Seaside Heights.
WALK ACCROSS THE STREET AND YOU ARE ON THE BOARDWALK AND THE BEACH. NO NEED TO DRIVE ANYWHERE AFTER YOU PARK. IT’S ALL IN WALKING DISTANCE TEENS AND KIDS LOVE IT!

Also, there is a safe in the room where we put our valuables but after a few days we didn’t even bother – I had full trust in the staff and the video camera out doors assured us of safety of our belongs we left outside as well.
I cannot say enough about Ocean Terrace. It was my daughter & my 1st time in Seaside and we had rented a private 2 bdrm apt. somewhere else. When we arrived, it was a nightmare-the apt was not livable, we got scammed. We immediately ventured out looking for a place to stay, but had no luck as we had our Maltese with us. Stu & Maureen helped us try to find a place to stay with no luck either. Finally after realizing that we were going to just have to cancel our vacation & go home, Stu & Maureen kindly let us stay the night in one of their beautiful apartments. We were able to shower, get a good night’s sleep & contact a friend in Cape May that we could finish out our vacation with. I will only ever go to Seaside again if I can stay at Ocean Terrace, they made us feel like family! Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts – Sincerely, Sandie, Lauren & Cotton
Our stay at Ocean Terrace last week was great. The staff was helpful, friendly and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed the convenience of the location close to the boardwalk and right across from the ocean. The pool was a bonus and the other vacationers were friendly as we sat around the pool relaxing. Thank you to Stu and Maureen (management), Jimmy, Barbara, Chester, and Lauren for the great service and Mike for the pool aerobics!
My eldest daughter lives about an hour from Seaside and I have visited the boardwalk/beach a number of times already, but have never stayed in the rentals. We will be planning this for next summer so I’m doing my research now and these comments are so helpful! I love the pics on your website and can’t wait to make our reservations for next summer. I brought my daughter and her friends to Seaside on May 27-29, 2010. We stayed at the Stockton Avenue property in Seaside Park. The apartment that we stayed in was beautiful, immaculate and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.
Just a thank you for a great stay. Weve been there twice and it’s the best. You are by far the best. We will get back one more time this season. The family can’t wait, you have the best staff– they all treat you like family.
My family and I have only wonderful comments to say about not only this complex but the excellent staff and management. They can not do enough to make sure your stay at Seaside Heights is more than enjoyable. Pool is clean and warm!!! Rooms are VERY clean….that is very important for me. Last September my high school class had a reunion here and again, everything was wonderful. It was so great we are planning other one for this fall!! Great place to stay for young and old!

I have been staying at Ocean Terrace for over 12 years. It has become a family & friends vacation. There are always a dozen or more of us and we have the best week of the year when we are there. The location is Perfect and the property is one of the best in Seaside. The property and rooms are well maintained thanks to the Excellent Mgmt. No matter where I travel Seaside will always be my favorite Thanks to Ocean Terrace.
I have been staying at Ocean Terrace for over 10 years now. I would never consider staying any where else in Seaside. This hotel has the best location and is very family oriented. The staff here goes out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The entire property is taken care of very well. Me and my family always have a good vacation staying here.

I can’t even express how happy we were when we stayed at Ocean Terrace. We were so pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities. we will definietly be back next time we go to seaside.

8/9/09-We stayed here when I was a child. I took my children back this year. The rooms are adorable and the kids especially liked the nice pool and flat screen TV. Very clean, and right across the street from the beach. Can’t beat it with reasonable prices.
This was our first visit to Ocean Terrace and we’ve already booked our stay for next summer! The rooms are spacious and clean. The kids loved swimming at night in the large, clean, heated pool. Water arobics class was a blast! It was great being directly across the street from the beach and boardwalk. By far the best part of our stay was the friendly staff. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend!

I do like staying at these condos. Clean, close to the beach and boardwalk and more family oriented up this end. I had to stay in the heights 1 block away from the beach and boards. Not very family oriented down where i was. I will be back in Sept. to stay at ocean terrace.
i remember growing up ad a child and every year going to the ocean terrace condos and now i take my children we all have a great time its so close to the boardwalk and the beach and the guests are like family . its all good

My family has been vacationing in the Seaside Heights/Park area for the past 40 years. This is the first time we stayed at Ocean Terrace Condos. It was without question the best stay we ever had in the area. The rooms were extremely clean and updated with many amenities eg. large flat screen TV, microwave. All the staff at the condos were very accommendating to any special requests that we had and made us feel like family. They were always happy, smiling and upbeat and made us feel very welcomed to stay. In addition, it is so conviently located to the boardwalk as well as the ocean. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for a great stay.
This is my second comment about Ocean Terrace. My first one wasn’t very nice because we unfortunately had a problem and to say the least were very upset. I will say, however, Maureen and Stuart were extremely helpful and rectified the situation immediately. I have no idea what happened to my email that I sent though, I guess it has been erased. Anyway, I definately agree with everyone when they say that the new renovations are amazing! My husband and I have been staying at Ocean Terrace for almost 10 years and we always go right after school lets out because I am a Special Education Teacher. We come down without our kids to have a little us time before I have to start teaching summer school in July. I have to admit that this year we weren’t sure whether or not we were going to stay at Ocean Terrace because the last few years the place seems to have been going downhill. Management has changed 3 times in the last 4 years and the rooms have not been clean. When I called in March to reserve our favorite room for June 27th I was told by Maureen that our room had been completely renovated and that we were not going to believe how nice it was. Well she was right. The room is beautiful. Also, because of the problem that we experienced Maureen and Stuart have been wonderful and we will continue to come down every year in June and this year we are even coming down in September for my birthday because everything is so beautiful! I would like to tell anyone who is interested in staying in a nice, clean motel in Seaside (which by the way are very hard to find) that Ocean Terrace is the place to go!

WOW! What a great place to stay! My wife and I stayed there with our three children, and I must admit, one of the nicest times we had as a family. Going places with three kids is difficult, BUT to have the beach right across the street, as well as the boardwalk was a god sent. The rooms have all been re-modeled, we were not expecting the plasma flat screens! We stayed here three years ago, and the place needed updating, and it looks like they did! We had such a wonderful time that we booked another trip in Sept!!! BTW- POOL IS GREAT! and CLEAN!
Kudos!!! to Maureen & Stuart, and to all the staff!!! Our stay was wonderful, My daughter married on the beach 7/11, we had three units plus 4-5 rentals with our party throughout the week. Everyone was accomadating,the rooms were clean, everyone was friendly, we were able to have the Bridal party girls dress and be pick up by limos, multiply people in and out and everyone seemed to enjoy our celebration!! I would highly any family to stay!!!!
Great place to stay at the shore! Accommodating staff, clean rooms, nice deck overlooking the ocean and clean heated pool. Our family has been staying at Ocean Terrace Condominiums on and off for 16 years and are always ready to return again! New owners also have washing machines available on the property as well as a grill outside if you would like to grill your dinner. Look forward to our next visit!
The nicest place in Seaside. Place was very clean the owners are very nice and polite.No riff raff trouble, family orientated. I would highly recommend his place to anyone that wants to visit or stay down the Jersey shore.
Great location and staff. Pool is very nice and clean, great parking. We left another motel early and lost our prepaid nights to stay at this location, but the other place was a dump and this place was clean, friendly, perfect location. Will be back next month. Jo
This is a great place ! Perfect location for everything. The room was beautiful and clean. we stayed in rm 304. We will be coming again next year hopefully booking the same room. Couple suggestions: More mirrors, and more room for hanging clothes. The King Bedroom had one behind the door, you should put one in every room. See ya next year!
Love this place! Heated pool is great. We sat on the sundeck looked out over the ocean. Watched the fireworks for 4th of July. Will come back soon.
I stayed at the ocean terrace… It was great clean the staff was so nice and they dealt with any problems we had the moment we told them!…. it was a great place to stay for prom and throughout the summer. I would def go back!!!!

Awesome hotel. Very clean rooms, and extremely accomodating staff. Stayed here over 4th of July weekend last year and again overnight last Saturday. Thanks to the staff for all the attentiveness. Look forward to many more weekends to come.
Everyone on the staff is extra helpfull and accomodating. The rooms are extra clean, and the flat screen TV’s are great. The location is right at the south end of the boardwalk so it’s perfect. It’s the best place to stay in Seaside Park or Seaside Heights.
WALK ACCROSS THE STREET AND YOU ARE ON THE BOARDWALK AND THE BEACH. NO NEED TO DRIVE ANYWHERE AFTER YOU PARK. IT’S ALL IN WALKING DISTANCE TEENS AND KIDS LOVE IT!
