We completely enjoyed out stay at Ocean Terrace! The rooms and grounds are very clean and staff was very polite and absolutely customer focused. It’s very clear that customer satisfaction is a number one priority. It’s like a breath of fresh air. This was our first time at Ocean Terrace and will NOT be our last. See you soon.

We have rented in Ortley Beach for 12 years, so after Superstorm Sandy we didn’t know what to do. We found Seaside Best Rentals on the internet, and it looked good, so we booked our two week vacation. It was WONDERFUL!! The rooms are very clean and the staff is kind and friendly. We loved it so much, that we came back down two weeks later just for the night! I love that the pool is open late (very very clean, too!!) and the sun deck is awesome! I can’t say enough about this place, and I look forward to coming back next year!! Thanks Seaside Best Rentals for making our vacation memorable!!

We go down to Seaside Park every year and stay at Ocean Terrace. We absolutely love the location. It is walking distance to everything. We love the staff. You could not ask for more friendly people. Everyone is so accommodating. Also you will not find a cleaner place to stay. We cannot wait to return to ocean terrace next year! Great place to stay!
This is our 4th year staying at Ocean Terrace Condo’s. Great for Family and the best of both worlds. you have the beach only a slight walk and a pool right there, what more could you ask for? Great place, friendly, clean, and the owners can’t do enough to make your stay a great one. Thank You Ocean Terrace for another great year. We already put our deposit down for next year and can’t wait to be there. It’s always sad to leave but we also have something to look forward to.

We were very impressed with this beautiful establishment and plan to return every year that we can! Couldn’t have asked for a better staff – they were all very friendly and helpful and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Our car broke down on the way and Maureen called us when we didn’t check in to see if we were okay. She even called us a couple hours later to see if the car had been fixed and we were all okay and on the way! The first impression we had of the hotel was at night in the dark and it was stunning. Check in was a breeze and the room was spotless. When we got back from the beach there were always clean towels waiting for us on the bed. Just can’t get over how clean this place is – even the deck outside our room was washed! And the view from the sundeck is breathtaking! The best place on the beach to stay at – and won’t stay anywhere else anymore. We have found our home away from home! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

We stayed at Ocean Terrace Condos, in just a regular hotel style room. There was a specific room I had wanted, but I didnt call soon enough and it was already booked, so we picked a different room. LOVED IT… We had 4 people, and got a room with 2 queen beds and a nice tv ( not that we watched it much, because the ocean is a better view than a tv) the room was enough space for 4 people. The price was very resonable compared to other places i called, the room was CLEAN! The pool and deck were amazing, we didnt have a room with an ocean view, but the deck did have an ocean view and it was wonderful. Maureen and the other staff were EXTREAMLY friendly and helpful, never have I gotten such nice service when i’ve stayed somewhere. She did everything she could to accomodate us…We had a wonderful stay, and 2 nights wasnt long enough. We were not nearly ready to go home! I will definitely stay at Ocean Terrace again!!!!

A group of 7 of us from Canada stayed this past weekend for 3 nights and we were BLOWN AWAY by this place! Very clean! It was exactly as described & pictured on the website! Directly across the street from the Boardwalk which was a huge plus! Check-in and out were easy as can be – front desk staff were great! Even the cleaning staff was very friendly and had a couple jokes with us!
We will DEFINITLEY be back!

I have been going down to Seaside since I was a kid, we’ve stayed many places, but for the past 4/5 years we’ve been staying at Ocean Terrrace Condos. We absolutely love it there. The staff is so friendly nice and helpful. The rooms are roomy and CLEAN!!! We have now started the tradition of bringing our kids there for summer vacations and will not stay anywhere else. We highly recommend them and give them 10 out of 5 stars!!!

A unit was unavailable when I called, Maureen had a cancellation and emailed me that she found one available. That alone was something I have not experienced before. Usually they just say, try calling later on. The room was perfect for what I needed. There was a coffee maker so remember to bring your coffee, filters, sugar and milk. Also refrig and microwave. This unit is across the street from the boardwalk so it was quite convenient. It was ready when I arrived around 12 and clean as a whistle. The parking and free beach tags were an additional savings! I will be returning again soon for a long weekend. I found a new last minute getaway, as long as they have availability! lol Thanks again Maureen for sending that email. I am a satified guest who will be back.

We just happened on Ocean Terrace Condo’s and were so happy we did. Had to leave a HORRIBLE hotel we had booked with (and lost 2 nights payment)but this place made our vacation perfect and memorable–and saved the day!! Personnel–Mike and Maureen–were super wonderful and they were constantly cleaning, place was gorgeous and immaculate, room was great, bathroom super clean–towels were plentiful and nice. Room was decorated beautifully and very relaxing. Room set up with sink outside room was great. Pool was perfect, the terrace relaxing and clean with wonderful ocean views. we won’t go anywhere else!! Restuarant and boardwalk right across the road–great location. They saved our vacation and made it great!
I’ve been going to Seaside for 18 years this was the first time I rented from Seaside Best Rentals. Check in was a breeze, our house was perfect, staff was friendly, we will definitely be back next year! I don’t see why we would rent from anyone else ever again!

By far the most comfortable, clean and affordable place we have found in Seaside. Staff are wonderful and location is perfect. We will no longer be trying new places because this one is perfect. I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking!

I am just devasted at what has happened to Seaside Park, Seaside Heights and the New Jersey Shore. I am so heart broken about Ocean Terrace as we had such a wonderful time this past summer and had planned to go back in 2013. My hope and prayers go to everyone at seaside rentals and the whole community. We are thinking and praying for you everyday~~ God bless you all.

Thank you once again Stuart and Maureen for our stay last week. This is our second year there and this time we stayed at the cottage. The place was very clean, the outside sitting area was great and we met wonderful neighbors. The location is convenient, your pool was refreshing and we can never say enough about your workers Jim and Mike. The Ocean Terrace is amazing, this was my 2nd year to book a week at one of the condo. The place and location is awesome. More importantly, the is staff is great. Stuart, Maureen, Barbara, Mike, and Jimmy were very accommodating and made sure our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Our family booked 2 rooms and we brought down our 98-year-old mother and we could not have asked for better accommodations. They provided a wheelchair so we got to take her on the boardwalk and out to dinner. The cleaning team was great as well. I love it here and I hope to see the same staff next year because I do not think anyone else could outdo them. The family booked the 2 rooms for next year before we left as well as friends we met. We plan to all meet again next year and have a great time.

Thank you for the wonderful experience. My husband and I drove down from Canada with our two boys (ages 4 and 1) to Seaside. What a great choice we made by booking our stay at Ocean Terrace. It has the perfect location. Across the street from the beach and the boardwalk and a wonderful pool on site. The rooms were clean and tidy and the staff was more than friendly and polite. We extended our stay by another night, as we were having a blast and definitely expect to return in the future. Our four year old didn’t want leave to go home and still talks about the new friend (staff member) he made. Thank you Irish Mike 🙂

Once again we had a blast! Stu and maureen along with the ocean terrace staff are unbelievable! They are so accomodating, hard workin and always full of smiles…we wouldnt stay anywhere else!!. This is the best place in seaside by far! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient to all of the fun! Looking forward to seeing our ocean terrace ” family” and friends next year!!

Had a fantastic long weekend that was planned at the last minute. The hotel was very accommodating. When we arrived we were greeted with welcoming smiles. Our room was impeccably clean and fresh. The entire staff was friendly and nice. We really enjoyed our stay. We are Jerseyans who love the Shore and had been staying at another hotel near the boardwalk. This experience has made OTC our new summer getaway. Thank you to everyone at Seaside Best Rentals for making our trip a pleasant memory. We will definitely be returning every chance we get!

I absolutely loved Ocean Terrace. The rooms, facility and pool were extremely clean. The staff was very welcoming and the ocean view was perfect. We were just steps from the beach and the board walk. You couldn’t ask for a better place and location. We will definitely be back to vacation here again 🙂
